The ESX Unconscious System adds a realistic injury mechanic to FiveM, allowing players to fall unconscious instead of dying instantly. Featuring medical revival, bleed-out timers, and emergency response integration, this script enhances EMS roleplay, making combat and accidents more immersive. Fully configurable, it improves realism and roleplay interactions.
