This script is designed to make it so the way it is easier to get a cervical collar onto the players with in the community right now there is no option to put it onto a player by there ID in game but this is being worked on at the moment.

Commands:
/c-collar – Applies the cervical collar to your player model.
/r-collar – Removes the cervical collar from your player model.
